Xceed Media Training

One of the largest contact centers in the Southern Mediterranean, Xceed has 1,200 web-enabled multichannel workstations and serves customers across Europe, the Arab world and North America, each in their respective languages.
Funded by USAID and implemented by CID Inc. in 2007, the project aimed to develop the skills of middle and top managers in dealing with the media. A training needs assessment study was conducted and a media training program was tailored and delivered to candidates, enabling qualified candidates to speak to media in Egypt and abroad.
